Designed to help in learning stages, the U-sharped mat fits over the bars and move into place automatically when the gymnast performs a flight element or dismount. The mat has been created to provide sufficient cushioning when gymnasts land on their backs or stomachs and is firm enough for upright landings. Promotes smooth, fast progression.
