Preparation work before construction
(1) Review the size of the construction site to see if it matches the requirements of the lawn ordering drawings. At the same time, strictly check the quality of the site foundation to prevent the occurrence of problems affecting the quality of artificial turf paving due to foundation quality problems.
(2) Clean the site so that the surface is free of stones and other debris. If conditions permit, the site should be closed as much as possible to prevent the entry of non-construction personnel during construction from affecting the quality and progress of the construction.
(3) Check whether the straw rolls meet the technical requirements of the order contract, and whether the size and roll number of each straw roll correspond to the construction drawings.
(4) Check whether the glue, joint tape, and tools used for construction meet the construction requirements.
(5) Check whether the quartz sand and rubber particles meet the construction requirements. Special attention should be paid to that the quartz sand used for construction must be dry, and wet quartz sand is never allowed to be used for construction.
Construction process
1. Measure and draw the bottom line
Draw the lines carefully and clearly on the foundation surface of the site according to the drawing dimensions. All marking lines must be double lines. Tools used: ink fountain, two-color pencil, steel tape measure, cement nails, hammer
2. Lawn preparation
Move all construction grass rolls to the side of the construction required location according to the requirements of the drawings.
3. Unroll and trim the grass roll
Put the grass roll into the paving position and unfold it. After sorting and confirming that there are no wrinkles, distortions, etc., cut off the excess edge of the grass roll (the part without grass seedlings). After cutting, ensure that the width of the grass roll is not less than 4 meters. (The width may exceed 4 meters due to production reasons) At the same time, ensure straightness; then put the second roll of grass into the designated position and unfold it. When unfolding, put the extra side on the first roll of lawn, and then connect it with the first roll of lawn. Cut off the overlapping part of the roll, and trim the excess on the other side. The rest of the grass scrolls are deduced in sequence. In order to ensure the beauty of the site, when laying grass, the lawns should be overlapped as closely as possible, but there should be no overlap after trimming. At the same time, it should be ensured that the lawn and the grass filaments in the most edge row of the lawn cannot be too far apart, at most one row of the lawn. distance.

4. Bonding seam edges
Fold the edges of the repaired grass roll upwards evenly by 20---30cm, place the prepared 20 cm wide seam tape on the basis between adjacent grass rolls, and then evenly apply glue (glue usage amount Please refer to Special Tip No. 4), let it dry naturally for a period of time, and then put down the seam edge (note: do not press the grass seedlings on both sides under the seam edge). After bonding, check the solidification of the glue. When the glue is about to solidify, manually step back and forth on the seam edge to ensure that the seam edge, glue, and seam tape are fully bonded.

5. Cutting of marking lines
Find the reserved marking line on the lawn, use a knife to cut it in the middle of the marking line, and let it shrink naturally for a period of time (half a day or a day), then use a utility knife to cut out the marking line along the drawn line. Location.

6. Bonding marking line
Cut the rolled white lawn into long strips of corresponding width, place it at the reserved marking line, and then glue it to the green grass next to it with a 30 cm wide seam tape. The process is basically the same as the bonding of green grass seam edges.

7. Inject quartz sand
Spread the prepared quartz sand evenly on the site (a sand injection machine can be used on qualified sites), and carefully brush the quartz sand with a brush so that the quartz sand can naturally fall to the roots of the grass seedlings and play a role. The function of making grass seedlings stand upright naturally prepares for the injection of rubber particles.
